I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all. Whenever I ask for items to be ordered, they take a week before sending the request to the GP. Then it takes another 5 days before it's ready to be collected, causing my meds to run out. Items are frequently missing, and this happens every month. I always need my meds on time. Every time I call to ask about my prescription, I get excuse after excuse. They never seem to take responsibility. When I call my GP before the pharmacy to inquire, the blame is always shifted. This pharmacy is not helpful, and getting through on the phone is a nightmare as they never answer calls. I think it's time for me to switch pharmacies.

I must say, this pharmacy is the absolute pits. They'll have you on hold for what feels like an eternity, only to completely forget about you in the end! And don't even get me started on their lack of stock – ask for a call back the next day and you'll still be out of luck. The staff seem to have all the time in the world for chit-chat, but when it comes to actually helping customers, they're nowhere to be found. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this pharmacy – there are far superior options in town.

The staff at this pharmacy are simply terrible, it's the worst place I've ever been to. I tried to schedule my flu appointment twice and both times they claimed they had no availability. They didn't even bother to give me a call to inform me, just silly girls giggling away on their phones. No apologies whatsoever. My advice? Steer clear of this place. 🤬

Absolutely dreadful pharmacy, never open during working hours, shocking! The GP surgery sends prescriptions over and when I finally manage to get there, they have the nerve to say they don't have the cream in stock. Switched to Superdrug pharmacy now, much better service - actually professional and informative. These guys here are utterly useless.

I must say, I am feeling quite disappointed with this pharmacy service. My dear mother's prescription was supposed to arrive yesterday, but alas, it did not make its way to us. They assured me it would be here today, yet here we are, still waiting with no sign of its arrival. I shall give them until 6 pm, and if it does not show up by then, I shall find myself once again on the phone, inquiring about its whereabouts.

My missus popped in for her flu shot last week, she's not one for venturing out much and had it all scheduled, but when she arrived they sent her packing and told her to return the following Thursday. She asked if she was ensured of getting it next time and the lass assured her she would, so a new appointment was made, only to be turned away once more. The staff don't seem too friendly at all; they could have given her a bell to update her on the situation, now they're saying there wasn't a phone number left. They took down all my details and two contact numbers - what a kerfuffle!

I popped into this delightful pharmacy today for an urgent prescription. The staff were absolutely swamped but remained incredibly attentive and efficient throughout the day.
The level of service and care I experienced was truly exceptional. Vicki, Nikki, and Jag went above and beyond to assist me, ensuring I got the medication I required amidst the chaos of a busy day. They are definitely like the fourth emergency service! I will definitely be making a point of returning whenever possible.

This pharmacy we used was the worst ever. It took us 7 years to finally convince my partner to switch.
All the ladies just standing around, chatting and watching videos on their phones, while you're left waiting for 40 minutes to pick up meds. This is even after confirming that they're ready for collection!
And I was the only customer there 🤨. This wasn't a one-time thing either. Many times they've ignored prescription requests, etc. It seems like ever since they had their renovation, extension, and fancy new medication dispenser, they've let it go to their heads, and the service has plummeted....now they think they're too good for Bilston 🤣
We switched to High Street Pharmacy, near Lidl, and they are FANTASTIC. The small team there goes above and beyond.
