This pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. Their phone calls go unanswered and it seems like they struggle to accurately fulfill prescriptions. I visited on the 17th of December and overheard two other customers lamenting that they had received incorrect medications. It appears that there has been a complete turnover of staff within the past year.

The service at this pharmacy was dreadfully slow, with staff leisurely strolling around chatting while customers impatiently waited. The pharmacist was rather unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. When I inquired about a remedy for a minor eye issue, they simply directed me to see a GP. Furthermore, they insisted on collecting my personal information under the guise of having had a consultation.

The service at this place is absolutely dreadful. I've been here about three or four times in the past year, and each visit has left me less satisfied than the last. During my most recent visit, I came in to drop off a prescription for my child. There were no other customers in the store, yet there were four staff members present – one lady working off to the side, and three others standing behind the counter chatting away. Believe it or not, I stood there in front of them for a good 10 minutes while they carried on with their conversation.

Finally, when the woman behind the counter took my prescription, she casually informed me that I could pick it up the next day. I was already irritated and expressed that waiting for a bottle of children's Calpol and an inhaler until the next day was unacceptable, and that I would take my prescription elsewhere. The only reason they received any stars from me was because at that moment, the lady working off to the side stepped in and offered to assist me immediately.

Regrettably, this situation isn't a one-off occurrence – it seems like they prioritize chatting amongst themselves over taking care of customers. They should definitely give the lady who is usually hidden away a raise, as she's the only one who saved the day.

What a disappointment! The phone is never answered at this pharmacy. I once waited for 45 minutes inside and questioned why no one picked up the phone when there were 5 staff members on duty! I received a feeble excuse until I showed them my own phone, still ringing their line. The looks on their faces were priceless. They then claimed they had no record of my elderly mother's prescription since 2019, despite having been delivering that exact prescription (and still messing it up) for the past six months. They are utterly useless and bring shame to the NHS. These individuals should be replaced immediately.

This Pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! At any other Pharmacy, they prepare your prescription while you wait. However, at this particular Pharmacy, they make you come back hours later or even the next day. I've heard of customers waiting over 3 hours for their essential medication.

So, they had their phone on silent. I attempted to call all day without any response, so I decided to go into the pharmacy and called them from there. Surprisingly, their phone did not ring even though they claimed it had been ringing all day. This isn't the first time I've encountered this poor excuse for a pharmacy.
