Terrible experience at the Coatbridge branch. I scheduled my flu shot at this location because there was nowhere closer to me. I had to wrangle two young kids in a place I'm unfamiliar with, only to be informed that there was no pharmacist available that day. I was told they've been experiencing problems with their booking system. There was no apology or attempt to reschedule me for a more convenient time. I had received an email confirming the appointment date and time, so it was not my mistake. The girl assisting me was unhelpful and just avoided eye contact while shrugging her shoulders.
