I chose this pharmacy for NHS24 to send an urgent prescription as it was advertised as open. Upon arrival, I found a closed sign on the door. I am now back in the waiting system to request a new prescription from NHS24. It would be greatly appreciated if the pharmacy could update its online status when closed to avoid causing unnecessary stress.
My GP told me I could collect my new prescription from this pharmacy. We decided on this one because it's the closest option, meaning I don't have to travel far.
When I woke up today to check the pharmacy's opening hours, I was surprised to find that it was already closed. Dealing with depression can make it incredibly difficult for me to get up early some days, so by the time I manage to do so, the pharmacy is already closed, and it's only 2 PM. Now, I have to wait until Monday to get the prescription that I was supposed to pick up today. It would be great to see this place open for more than four hours on a Saturday, or at least have the opening hours adjusted to stay open a bit later in the day rather than just in the late morning to early afternoon.
Aye, this pharmacy ain't half bad, but could ya kindly spare me the hassle of recitin' me address aloud in front of everyone in the shop? It'd be much better if yer staff could jot it down for me instead. I've no wish for the other folks in the store, especially those dodgy junkies poppin' in for their methadone, to be privy to me personal details. A wee bit o' confidentiality is all I'm askin' for, a simple step that ought to be considered, don't ya think?
Efficient prescription service, if they don't carry an item, they'll special order it and give me a ring. The staff is super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great variety of products to choose from.
Great service for picking up prescriptions.
The staff were quite pleasant with an informative pharmacist. The store itself was lovely, although it seemed like there was some wasted shelf space that could be utilized to showcase more helpful personal and household products.
Outstanding customer service and truly delightful staff, I highly recommend this pharmacy.
I've been going to the Clear Pharmacy on Holburn St for about 5 years now, and they are just top-notch. I've never had any problems with my prescriptions, and there have been times when they've sorted out an emergency prescription for me when I've forgotten to order in advance. The staff is absolutely lovely, always up for a chat, and they've got great deals on products in the shop. Highly recommend them!
I popped down to my local doctors' surgery to pick up my prescription, and before I knew it, my meds were at my doorstep in just 2 hours. Absolutely top-notch service! The folks there are always so cheery, ready to lend a hand, and they truly go above and beyond. Massive thanks once more.
The top-notch customer service in the UK! You'll easily locate all your medications and other health essentials. Your repeat prescriptions are always delivered punctually!
This pharmacy is absolutely fantastic, mate. The staff are top-notch and they've got a wide range of products on offer, which is just brilliant. The shop itself is spot-on! They provide a bunch of excellent services and are always willing to lend a hand. When it comes to getting your meds sorted, they're efficient as can be, mate. They give you a proper heads up about when your items will be ready and carry out their work with total professionalism. Cheers to this cracking pharmacy!
I went to check if my migraine meds were ready, a script I've been on since I was 16 (zolmitriptan), but due to the holiday chaos there's been a mix-up with my refill, leaving me without my meds for 3 weeks. I've shelled out £50 this month alone on sumatriptan over the counter, which doesn't work as well. Another pharmacy told me my usual spot (clear) should provide me an emergency supply since I'm on a regular script. Today, when I asked about it and my repeat still hadn't arrived, the pharmacist (a middle-aged lady with an accent and a dyed bob) said she was "uncomfortable" prescribing my migraine meds since they weren't regularly prescribed. I get them every two weeks, the only reason it's not "regular" is the mix-up that made me request an emergency script. Instead of discussing it with me, she just shook her head and kept saying she was uncomfortable with a MIGRAINE med. Planning to escalate this as the woman was rude, and now I have to go even longer without my essential migraine relief.
Just want to give props to the weekday staff at this pharmacy - they're amazing.
My lass has coeliac disease and relies on the Scottish Gluten Free Food Service. Sadly, the system for this is a right hassle and stress-inducing, and I understand how frustrating this must be for the pharmacy too. However, every order we've placed has been met with rude and unprofessional service from the pharmacy, which really adds to the struggle for someone who's recently been diagnosed. I know it's just food, but for her, it's like her medication. Today, when I went to pick up the order, the pharmacy had the cheek to suggest that it would be cheaper for her to buy elsewhere! She's a full-time student, and the cost of gluten-free products is no joke. This service is a lifeline for us. Do they give the same spiel to folks picking up other types of medication that can be bought over the counter? Switching pharmacies for this service is a massive hassle, and right now, we're having to make a long trip (200-mile round journey) to collect due to uni holidays. And to top it off, today's order was missing items and 8 packets were already past their sell-by date. While I know this isn't the pharmacy's fault, their attitude isn't helping matters at all.
