I was quite pleased with my spectacles, but I found the staff to be a tad glum. Additionally, I wasn't too keen on standing out in the store to have my glasses adjusted to ensure they were just right. Although I understand their prices are more budget-friendly, I still shelled out over a hundred pounds and would have appreciated a seat and a touch more attention to detail!

I'm having a right old mare trying to book an appointment to collect me lads' glasses from the optician. They had an appointment, but the optician binned it off without a word, so we rocked up 4 weeks later and me sons are still blind as bats without their specs. Total shambles, mate.
Joseph White (02/07/2025, 00:07):
This optician in Dundee is absolutely dreadful, still no glasses for my son after 6 weeks.
Chloe Carter (24/06/2025, 05:57):
This optician is absolutely dreadful, I must say. I've had to miss work four times already and my child still doesn't have their glasses. They're not proper opticians, if you ask me.
Lawrence Gomez (20/06/2025, 22:15):
I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at the optician's, where a female member of staff seemed impatient with us, telling my 82-year-old mum and me to hurry up due to back-to-back appointments. When I raised my concerns about her attitude, she tried to intimidate me with her stare, expecting me to back down. Another optician then presumptuously assured me that my mum was fine, despite not knowing her beforehand. The receptionist defended the original optician's behavior by claiming that's just how she is, which I found unacceptable.

To make matters worse, there were no other appointments scheduled; instead, the male optician roamed around while the others chatted. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unparalleled to any service I have ever experienced. When I requested their complaints policy, they were unable to provide one on hand, instructing me to google it instead. This lack of basic professionalism and customer care was truly shocking.

This entire experience was not only disappointing but also embarrassing for the reputation of the establishment. I would rate them lower than one star if possible.

Absolutely splendid service this morning with a remarkably helpful and personable young lad!
