The staff at this hearing aid store were simply splendid, ever so helpful and attentive. The store itself was immaculately clean, and the items were displayed in such a well-organized manner. The prices were fair and clearly marked.

What a complete disaster of a store, I must say. I made a complaint last year about the lack of staff serving at the checkout whenever I pop in for lunch, and to my dismay, I received a call from a rather arrogant lady dismissing my concerns. Today, both myself and another customer decided to ditch our lunches and leave as the situation hadn't improved - there was only one girl at the till and a new staff member struggling to manage the other one. The poor girl at the till even had to pause and guide her colleague on what to do while there were seven people waiting in line - absolutely chaotic! It's no wonder Boots is facing difficulties with this kind of service.

The service staff ought to liven up a bit, and the prescription team should be more attentive to customers waiting to be served. There were four employees at the window, none of whom acknowledged us until one finally said, "Next, please." 🥺...

Was not a great experience, mate. I was after some YSL mascara, innit, and couldn't lay me hands on it. And the staff didn't offer a hand either. Loads of shelves looking bare as a baby's bum, too.

I must say, the service at the Garthdee Boots store is always top-notch. Perhaps it's because the store is located outside the city center, and the staff seem to have more time to dedicate to customers. I've never walked out of the store without a smile, a little chat, or a pleasant interaction. I would give a 5/5 rating to all the staff :)

Big Boots shop in Garthdee with lovely, helpful staff, open 7 days a week and a wide selection of goodies. I pop into this Boots every couple of weeks to snag items I can't track down elsewhere, they stock a huge variety of products that are hard to find all under one roof.

The pharmacy was moving at a snail's pace, with four employees behind the counter who seemed to be completely oblivious to my presence until I made the effort to get their attention. Surprisingly, there wasn't anyone else waiting besides me. This all happened on Tuesday at 5:00 pm.

I must say, this pharmacy is by far the most dreadful one I've ever stepped foot in. The individuals working there have such awful attitudes. I approached them with a prescription, only to be met with a refusal to fill it. When I inquired about the reason, the first person I spoke with was pleasant. However, their boss, an older woman, approached me with the most abhorrent demeanor as if she couldn't care less and proceeded to yell at me. She blatantly contradicted the advice given by the hospital's emergency room. As a loyal customer of Boots, I am deeply disappointed and vow to never return to that pharmacy again. In all my 71 years, I have never encountered a more unpleasant group of individuals. Up until today, I had always enjoyed the company of the lovely people of Scotland. That woman should be dismissed immediately, as she is the last person a business should want representing them.

I popped into Boots Garthdee pharmacy with my 2-year-old tot, who'd been battling a runny schnoz and chesty congestion for 3 weeks. We were keen to sort his sniffles as his sleep had taken quite a hit, and we had a jaunt planned in the forthcoming week. Rather than lend an ear to my wee one's wheezes, the Pharmacist, Mr Patel, reckoned the nipper seemed hale and hearty, and hinted we seek out a crystal ball reader if we were fretting about his future fortune. Talk about a letdown – left me gobsmacked by that ticker-tape of pomposity.

Deserves a 0 star review, absolutely dreadful service from the hearing aid store. Received a text saying my item was ready for pick up, only to be told after waiting over an hour that it wasn't available. They clearly have no respect for their customers' time. I would strongly advise avoiding this place as everyone's time is precious!

We popped into the store today to pick up some perfumes and aftershaves for Christmas gifts, and the gentleman at the fragrance counter was incredibly helpful (apologies, I didn't quite catch his name). He went above and beyond to assist us, even though it was a busy Sunday on the 21st of November.
