I must say, I recently acquired a pie from the local bakery, filled with potatoes and beans. To my dismay, the pie was quite disappointing for the second time. I must say, the prices at this establishment are simply outrageous, making the previous co-op appear quite reasonable in comparison. One can easily find other stores in the vicinity offering much better value for money, some even surpassing it in quality. If I had the option, I would rate it zero stars. My recommendation would be to steer clear unless you have a penchant for squandering your hard-earned cash.

Terrible layout, the line goes all the way out the door, prices are through the roof for this neighborhood. And forget about trying to get in at 6 am, they're not even open then. If you're looking for a cake that's supposed to be 4 inches but ends up squashed to 2 inches, then this is the spot for you.

There's a lot of items, but the prices are quite high for a convenience store. Also, the prices always seem to be incorrect when you reach the till, ending up being around 50 pence more expensive. I don't think this place will be in business for long.

I say, I've come across the top review from a customer who claims they'll be popping by for their weekly shopping here - residing in England and joining in on the Co-op-Greens transition! Deceptive reviews like this only make this overpriced shop seem like a right mess. Even the staff admit they rather fancied the Co-op.

When I frequented the CO-OP, I could find most of the items I needed, albeit at a higher cost; nevertheless, there was a reassurance that I would leave with the items I sought. However, upon patronizing Greens, I often struggle to locate my desired products. It gives off a vibe of a corner shop attempting to mimic a mini-supermarket, resulting in a clash of identities. The shop is cluttered with POS stands in every nook, lacking organization and structure.
Despite claims of being more affordable than the CO-OP, I've observed that prices have largely remained unchanged. Here are some observations:
- Unnecessary multiple stickers promoting Pret Express on the front door and additional advertisements within the store.
- Tight security measures are understandable, but prohibiting entry due to carrying a backpack seems excessive.
- Inappropriate social media posts about shoplifters and tagging them in comments come across as unprofessional and harassing.
- Tacky paper signs warning about shoplifting detract from the aesthetic, laminated or properly made signs are preferable.
- The queueing system directing customers to stand in front of the bakery case while other customers exit through the same aisle makes little sense.
- The layout of the vape case, partially behind the till, creates discomfort as it feels like entering a staff-only area.
- Disconcerting behavior of staff publicly demeaning absent colleagues reflects poorly on the work environment.
Management must prioritize restructuring the shop to determine if they aim to be a supermarket offering fresh produce and an extensive product range or a refined version of a corner shop. I popped into the convenience store at half past nine in the morning and headed straight for the orange juice dispenser. To my dismay, I was informed that the machine was out of order. Fast forward to 12:30, I returned to the store and noticed that the orange juice machine seemed to be operational since there was no "out of order" sign. However, I was once again advised not to use it as there were flies in the juice. In my opinion, they should have placed an "out of order" sign right from the start of the day.

Well, I must say, the store ain't all that great, but let me tell you about a recent experience I had. So, the other night, I overheard two employees boasting about how they had "battered and choked a junkie," can you believe it? And to top it off, they were glad there weren't any cameras outside to catch them in the act. Now, most of the staff at this store are absolutely lovely, but these two lads really left me feeling disgusted. Needless to say, I won't be making a return visit anytime soon.

I took 10 beer kegs back for a credit of £5 each with no hassle at all. I then bought 3 new kegs on the same day from the beer cave. The service was top-notch, with a friendly smile and even help to take the kegs back out to my car. Thank you!

This convenience store is the absolute pits, I tell you. The freezer and fresh food fridges were completely bare, and the fresh veggies were practically fossilized, with green taters up for grabs. Popped in for 4 things and skedaddled out with just 1 - a pint of milk that costs more than your local corner shop. They push Co-op goods but at sky-high prices compared to the Co-op itself. The lads serving were polite, but lounging on worktops behind the bakery ain't a good sight, if you ask me!
