When it comes to transactions, Boots makes it easy with a variety of payment methods. Customers can use credit cards and debit cards, along with NFC mobile payments for a swift checkout experience. This flexibility ensures that every customer can pay comfortably and securely.

Accessibility Features

Boots prioritizes accessibility for all customers. The store features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, making it easier for everyone to enter and enjoy shopping. A Place for Everyone

The store layout encourages quick visits, allowing customers to find what they need without unnecessary delays. However, feedback regarding staff interaction highlights the importance of training for team members to enhance customer service. While some staff are praised for their knowledge and helpfulness, others have received criticism for lack of engagement and support.

Customer Experiences

Boots Stirling has garnered mixed reviews from customers. Many appreciate the great selection of products and the discounts available through the Advantage card. One customer praised Karen's exceptional service at the gift package counter, citing her extensive knowledge and professionalism. Conversely, others have shared less favorable experiences, such as frustration with self-service tills and unhelpful staff at the pharmacy counter, leading to long waits and dissatisfaction. A more consistent approach to customer service training may be beneficial in ensuring positive experiences across the board.

Zachary Cook (12/06/2025, 06:03):
The chemist gave me advice that was completely opposite to what two doctors had recommended, and it was not based on any medical facts. They sent me to a minor injuries unit for something that the unit had clearly stated they wouldn't treat, resulting in a wasted 3 hours on Christmas Eve. I would rate them less than 1 star if I could.
Judith Rivera (11/06/2025, 11:48):
I recently got my photos developed at the beauty supply store. The only downside was that they didn't offer the 6 x 4" size.
Deborah Jones (10/06/2025, 22:00):
The staff is very friendly and helpful, but I must say that the prices are a wee bit steep.
Robert Sanders (09/06/2025, 17:10):
I must say, the pharmacy moves at a snail's pace. Having previously worked in the industry, it's truly baffling to me that it would take a whopping 2 days for them to handle a basic prescription.
Virginia Scott (06/06/2025, 23:05):
This big chemist store has a wide range of products, from beauty supplies to eyewear, and even an optician on site.
Carol Howard (06/06/2025, 06:42):
Top-tier store for all your medicinal, personal care, and fragrance needs. While prices may be on the higher side, it's the go-to destination for 99% of your essentials.
Donald Carter (03/06/2025, 15:33):
I must say, the service at the prescription counter was rather disappointing once more. Today, the computers were down, making it impossible to collect any prescriptions. One would think they would have a backup system in place. Quite unsatisfactory, I must say. Furthermore, there seems to be no way of getting in touch with the store or the pharmacy counter as the phone number just continues to ring without any answer.
Randy Gomez (01/06/2025, 10:37):
Top notch beauty supply store in Stirling, mate!
Noah Garcia (30/05/2025, 16:51):
I was quite pleased with the service as I was attended to promptly. The staff made sure that the glasses fit me perfectly.
Patricia Peterson (29/05/2025, 22:55):
Fabulous selection of products to purchase, and the staff is so welcoming!
Sharon Adams (28/05/2025, 20:40):
Boots still manages to meet a few needs - with well-trained pharmacists who are helpful the more you ask. The opticians still have a wealth of experience to rely on. It can still be a tad tricky to locate items even though they are there somewhere! We would definitely miss the cosmetic range if it disappeared.
Patricia Gray (28/05/2025, 01:28):
Boots has just moved to the unit across from its previous location. The new store is spacious and well-organized, designed like a supermarket with aisles. I was a bit let down that they don't have self-service checkouts yet, but hopefully they will add them in the future. Overall, if you're in need of anything from this kind of store, it's definitely the top choice in Stirling.
Christian Martin (27/05/2025, 22:02):
The staff at this beauty supply store seem to be more focused on their own conversations rather than assisting customers. When you finally do manage to get their attention, it feels like you're inconveniencing them. Perhaps they should stick to discussing their wedding kilts, while we, the customers, take our business elsewhere.
Willie Simmons (27/05/2025, 10:54):
This here is one of the larger Boots stores, I must say. The selection of makeup is absolutely fabulous, with plenty of consultants around to help you out. And let me tell you, there's a brilliant section upstairs for all your baby needs, complete with a changing and feeding area for those days out with the little ones. Oh, and don't forget about the Christmas gifts up there when the time rolls around. It's truly my favorite spot for baby stuff in Stirling, no doubt about it.
Christian Ortiz (27/05/2025, 05:45):
The staff is very helpful and there are amazing deals to be found at this beauty supply store.
Ethan Powell (24/05/2025, 13:00):
As a young lass, strolling into the beauty store, I was enthralled by the array of makeup at Boots. I sauntered over to the Benefit counter, keen on trying out some goodies, only to be met with disapproving glances and vigilant staff trailing my steps. Settling on a Benetint, I mulled over my purchase but eventually set it back down. However, as I made my way to the checkout with another item in hand, I caught sight of the Benefit rep hastening to inform the cashier that I had pilfered the product. I was promptly questioned, fervently denying the accusation before departing, bemused by the entire ordeal.

The treatment of us teenagers can be quite distressing; it seems folks are quick to jump to conclusions. What sets apart my shopping experience from that of an adult? The unwarranted scrutiny and intimidating behavior from the staff leave me perplexed. Until this discrimination against young patrons ceases, I shall refrain from revisiting the store until I've matured a tad.
Edward Murphy (24/05/2025, 01:59):
Fantastic selection of products, everything is so well-organized making it a breeze to locate exactly what you're looking for. Absolutely adore the discounts offered with the advantage card!
