Popped by the chemist's on Friday morning to drop off my prescription. Was informed that one item needed to be ordered and was asked to return after 4:30 p.m. I came back the following day, only to be told by two ladies who were covering for the regular staff that my prescription had been overlooked and left untouched. Returned on Monday to speak with the head pharmacist, who mentioned that she had everything prepared in my basket. It seemed that there was some confusion on Saturday as the other pharmacists did not notice the items in the basket, focusing only on the prescription. She sorted everything out for me on Monday. However, she mentioned there was an issue with my order and asked if I wanted the missing item to be reordered. Feeling a bit uncertain about what to do, I found the whole situation to be quite chaotic.
