In-store Experiences and Service Options

While the store itself offers an extensive range of health and beauty products, many customers have voiced concerns regarding the pharmacy section. We just finished getting the last of our Christmas presents and stocking up on our favorite beauty products. The checkout experience was top-notch, with the cashier going above and beyond to assist us. It was a delightful surprise during this hectic holiday season 🙏🎄...
Ethan Graham (01/06/2025, 01:47):
I went to the beauty supply store around 2 PM to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready by 3:15 PM. However, when I returned and waited in the long queue, I was informed that it wasn't prepared yet and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Only half of the prescription was available when I finally got to the counter. I don't have a cell phone, and they refused to accept my landline number. Now, I have to come back on Monday for the rest of the items.

The employees were rude and impatient, and everyone I talked to had missing items or entire prescriptions misplaced. I won't be going back to that store again. The service was chaotic, with staff members clearly lacking proper training.
Ralph Myers (31/05/2025, 20:09):
This beauty supply store has certainly seen better days, with a noticeable decline in service quality and absurdly long wait times. The shelves often appear barren, making it a challenge to locate products specifically geared towards men.
Debra Murphy (28/05/2025, 10:12):
I wouldn't bother giving them a ring, they do answer but then abruptly end the call. I've tried contacting them five times already. It seems like they are short-staffed which is causing this problem.
Grace Garcia (28/05/2025, 00:59):
The staff at the pharmacy are quite rude and unhelpful - one would think they should have knowledge about the products they carry and make an effort to assist instead of looking lost and expecting me to do their work for them. Additionally, it seems to take them an astonishing 45 minutes just to bag one item? On a positive note, the store is well-stocked like any Boots of reasonable size.
Ann Jackson (27/05/2025, 20:15):
Beautiful shop, very clean. Noticed many customers not following the social distancing guidelines and layout, quite frustrating. Nevertheless, the staff were delightful.
Paul Murphy (25/05/2025, 23:25):
There's a great variety of products available at this beauty supply store. However, the experience at checkout leaves much to be desired - with three checkouts open but only one person manning the queues of customers with overflowing baskets, the wait can be quite frustrating.
Joyce Russell (25/05/2025, 18:00):
Ah, not much to report on. It was quite quiet during Sunday lunchtime.
I just discovered that if you don't use your Boots points card for a year, you lose all your points.
Can you believe I didn't know that? 😠 ...
Wayne Ross (24/05/2025, 21:40):
This pharmacy is an absolute disaster. The waiting times are completely unreasonable. Two of the employees are incredibly rude and dismissive. But let me tell you, Elaine takes the cake. She has zero people skills and shouldn't be allowed near customers. It was a truly dreadful experience!
Kelly Carter (23/05/2025, 16:27):
Every time I pop into this store on a Saturday, it never seems to be open at 9 in the morning. My radio-controlled watch insist it's 9 o'clock sharp, but the store remains firmly shut. Consequently, I take my business elsewhere.
Terry Gonzales (21/05/2025, 10:54):
Why do they have two service desks at the pharmacy area if they only serve for prescription collection? I was wandering around the store while waiting for them to return from lunch. I could have been waiting in line at the prescription area if there was a sign indicating that. When they reopened after lunch, I approached the non-prescription over-the-counter desk only to be told in a curt and annoyed manner that there was only one line, which by then had 20 people in it. They should either remove the over-the-counter desk if no one is serving there or at least have a big sign saying no service available at this desk.
