I popped into the phone shop today with a bit of bother on me phone and tablet. I had a chat with Simon, who was an absolute gent and a proper pro with loads of knowledge about the products. Being 75 years young, I don't know a thing about fixing phone issues, but Simon made me feel right comfy and promised he'd get it sorted. He's a real asset to Tesco, and I reckon he's a top-notch member of the team.
Michael Scott (22/07/2025, 18:20):
The personnel manning the self-checkout counters seem rather glum.
Christina Russell (22/07/2025, 06:24):
What a top-notch experience we had at the supermarket today! The cashier was ever so kind and let our daughter with disabilities scan a few items. It truly made our shopping trip a delight. It's just splendid when folks go the extra mile. Big thanks to Lorraine. We are truly grateful x
Kevin Moore (21/07/2025, 02:32):
Overall it's a decent shop, usually well-stocked and with friendly staff. The one downside of this Tesco is the presence of schoolchildren at lunchtime, it can be quite chaotic. It might be a good idea to limit the number of kids entering and ensure they're not loitering around, waiting for their friends like a nuisance.
Diane Foster (17/07/2025, 22:10):
The market is decent, but what really gets on me nerves are them 'boy racers' revving up their cars late at night in the car park. I do see there's a barrier to block off the car park, but it doesn't seem to be operational.

As soon as you step into Tesco in Dunfermline Town, you can't miss the big signs saying 'No mask, no entry - mandatory'. But it seems like Tesco isn't really enforcing it, loads of folk wandering about without masks, couldn't care less as long as the tills keep ringing. Rant done.
Judith Jordan (12/07/2025, 01:01):
This company is quite avaricious. The practice of dual pricing is rather unjust. It shouldn't be necessary for me to agree to your clubcard terms and conditions just to purchase products at a price that is considered "fair."

So, I am denied a reasonable price on my product simply because you do not possess my personal information and a record of all my previous purchases and shopping habits.

I would prefer if you did not have access to that information, as it would only lead to finding new ways to manipulate your customers. I do not endorse businesses with questionable ethics, especially when they strive to intrude on consumers in order to exploit them through manipulative practices enabled by tracking their information.

I cannot in good conscience support businesses with unethical practices (particularly those that amass exorbitant profits while their struggling consumers face a crisis in the cost of living).

This serves as a glaring example of poor business conduct, the exploitation of consumers, and the kind of business that is eroding our economy while widening the gap between the wealthiest and the most financially challenged.
Gregory Gonzalez (10/07/2025, 23:28):
The quality of the fresh produce, bread, meat, and veggies was absolutely dreadful. The meat and veggies were tasteless, and started rotting within a couple of days. The bread was one of the worst I have ever tasted. When I attempted to use my Tesco card, it was declined, and the unhelpful staff did not assist in resolving the issue, just brushed me off. Typically, I do not shop at Tesco, but for convenience, I decided to give it a try. However, after this experience, I will certainly not be returning.
Betty Rodriguez (10/07/2025, 08:55):
Today we got a delivery at home, and there were two chaps delivering it. One of them was wearing a mask, but the other had his hanging below his chin. They left the crates at the door, but instead of stepping back to keep a safe distance, the lad just stood there on the doorstep while my missus unpacked the bags. I reckon Tesco ought to be stricter about this.
Carl Coleman (08/07/2025, 21:15):
I absolutely adore shopping at Tesco Dunfermline, it's the closest superstore to my place, even though it's quite a distance away. I much prefer making the journey there rather than shopping locally. I've been a loyal Tesco shopper for years and I plan to remain a satisfied customer for as long as I can make my way there.
Judy Hughes (08/07/2025, 09:08):
I found that there weren't sufficient registers open and a lack of self-checkout options available. It's quite a hassle to spend thirty minutes in line! I must admit, my patience was truly put to the test during this visit.
Sophia Mitchell (06/07/2025, 03:45):
Plenty of parking, a spacious store, and always bustling with activity.
Steven Henderson (05/07/2025, 22:37):
Just had a right fiasco at Tesco, mate. The staff over by the lottery and fags counter were too busy chatting about their shifts to even notice us standing there. When we finally tried to get their attention, they told us to go back to the end of the queue! Can you believe it? And then when they did finally "help" us, they managed to mess up our lottery tickets. I reckon I'll be heading to Morrisons next time. Tesco is just your typical dodgy supermarket, innit.
Mia Campbell (04/07/2025, 18:14):
The changing rooms remain closed, so one must take the clothes home to try on and return if they don't fit. Everything is tagged, so it's a mystery why they're not available for use. It's quite inconvenient, really.
Vincent Wright (04/07/2025, 18:11):
I adore shopping at Supermarket, but oh my, the cafe's omelette with cheese and tomato had mayo in it, yikes! And the large mushroom was leaking watery liquid... I had to wrap it in tissue and give it to the birds, as it was also as tough as leather.
Pamela Ford (03/07/2025, 18:02):
Lovely atmosphere and helpful staff, plus great prices too.
Leonard Richardson (03/07/2025, 05:28):
Spacious aisles make it easy for wheelchair users to navigate, though the clothing section feels a tad cramped. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, sporting beaming smiles. Prices are very reasonable, and having a Clubcard can score you even better deals. The store offers escalators, stairs, and a lift, catering to customers with mobility issues. The undercover car park is well-lit, ensuring a safe experience for all. I would definitely endorse this store based on my visit.
Andrea Wilson (30/06/2025, 06:45):
I popped in for breakfast while getting my car fixed nearby, and I must say the customer service was top-notch. They were so helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic for only £5.80. A definite must for kicking off your day! Cheers!
John Allen (29/06/2025, 06:11):
I must say, this Tesco is rather impressive. It's quite spacious and offers a wide variety of products. You simply must check out the innovative tap/soap dispenser/dryer contraption in the restroom. It's quite cool, if I do say so myself. 😝😝
Peter Myers (28/06/2025, 08:31):
Please attend to your fuel prices!
There are local garages offering lower prices than yours.
I've found places where I can save nearly 10 pence per litre.
As a major chain, you shouldn't be exploiting customers.
I'm a loyal customer, but if this continues, I'll take my business elsewhere.
