This pharmacy is absolutely dreadful. They have misplaced my prescription twice now, and never have it ready when I go to pick it up. Despite having plenty of staff, they all seem to be tripping over each other and can't seem to get my medication correct. I strongly advise avoiding this place and going to Johnwood Street instead. The service there is much superior, and your medication is always prepared for collection on time.

I absolutely adore this Pharmacy!! I've been a loyal customer for about 30 years now. It truly is an essential pillar of our community, and especially in these uncertain times, the dedicated staff (who are already doing an amazing job) will be working even harder to ensure we all receive our necessary medications. Failed to deliver my medication and instead delivered another person's prescription to me. Complete disregard for people's health by not providing the necessary medication. Crown house and GP had to intervene due to their incompetence and negligence towards patients' well-being. After enduring 6 months of this treatment, I finally switched to a different pharmacy. Every week and month was a repeat of the same issues. I had been a loyal customer at Greenock Chemist for 20 years without any problems until I started using this one. I would rate them ZERO stars.
