Oh dear, I must say, this chemist is quite the disappointment! It almost feels like they're operating under Musselburgh medical centre's standards. Even third world countries offer better service than what you'd find here. I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this place. Perhaps it's worth trying your hand at brewing your own remedies at home - it would likely be a much speedier process!

The staff at this Pharmacy are incredibly helpful and friendly. It is evident that they are facing additional pressure ever since the closure of Boots at Fisherrow. Despite this, they are handling the significant rise in prescriptions with ease.

I popped into Well Pharmacy for the first time today to see if they had the antibiotics I needed, as no other pharmacy had them in stock. I was in and out with my prescription within a couple of minutes, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I also picked up some trainer wipes, and the lady who served me was just lovely. I had a tough day until then, but her smile and chat really cheered me up. I didn't get her name, but she was very polite and had these sort of red glasses on.

If the lovely pharmacist Kirsty isn't at this pharmacy, my repeat prescriptions don't get sorted. I was promised a text but never receive one. I've been waiting for an urgent controlled medication for 2 days, but yesterday the pharmacist wasn't available despite being told to pick it up. Now, no one is picking up the phone. Absolutely hopeless. Looks like I'll have to search for a different place.

Ever since Claire and Leah departed, things have taken a turn for the worse. In the last two prescription fillings, they were handled and verified by different team members, leading to the dispensing of the incorrect medication strength!

Where does one go to lodge a complaint about a pharmacy? The service is absolutely dreadful, as they are incredibly slow in dispensing medication and never pick up the phone. To make matters worse, when they did answer once, they promptly hung up! The customer service is abysmal, with staff members who are rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to the fact that you've already been waiting a week for essential medication. It seems they have no concern whatsoever; the entire establishment is simply not up to par.

After finishing a 12-hour night shift, I headed to the Pharmacy and was shocked to discover it wasn't open at 8:30 am. This isn't the first time this has happened. Why advertise opening at 8:30 am if you're not going to be open? The other Wells branches have been open at this time, except for the Musselburgh one. There was no apology or explanation, which just adds to the frustration!
