Haven't popped in for a bit, but I do enjoy small, locally owned pharmacies as opposed to the big chain ones on the main shopping streets. These places have some really unique, boutique offerings, especially for the ladies with their girly, boudoir-style items. As for the gents, they've got stuff like Lynx, Nivea for Men, Cool Water, Dior Addict, and even fashion and costume jewelry. The location of this shop is top-notch, with great access to all kinds of transportation, pubs, newsagents, and even a job center that used to be there. There's also been some changes with old landmarks disappearing, but it brings back happy memories. You've got everything you need nearby – a library, solicitors, barbers, major banks, and other businesses. And now, buses can even take you to Glasgow Airport or Brae Head. Plus, there's a cool vintage electrical appliances store around the corner. Anyway, just a quick hello for now. Safe travels and happy shopping!

I was in search of a particular fluoxetine brand that wouldn't make me feel ill or trigger headaches, despite them supposedly being identical products. The old chap at the counter assured me he would procure it for me. Upon my return, what did he hand me? An incorrect brand, claiming it was just like the one I requested. It should be the same, but alas, that's precisely why I specified a certain brand!

At times, there's a young lad who appears too youthful to even be manning the pharmacy counter and handling prescriptions, which strikes me as rather unprofessional.

Fortunately, Boots has resolved the supply dilemma and now consistently stocks the correct brand instead of a haphazard assortment, so I'll continue to patronize Boots whenever possible.

Absolutely dreadful customer service experience. I called to inquire about their operating hours, as I urgently needed a product. Arrived at 10 minutes to 6 only to find out that they had closed early. The female staff member I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude!

The top pharmacy in Partick by far, they really go out of their way to assist you and can even bring in products within a couple of days which is much faster than other pharmacies that take about a week. They will give you a call when your order arrives for you to collect it or have it delivered. They also handle your repeat prescription with your doctor so you don't have to remember to call it in. It's a smooth process and all the staff are polite, providing excellent service overall.

I popped in here after finding Dickson's was all out and Boots seemingly couldn't be bothered to open on Good Friday. The chap behind the counter happily helped me, even though it was pretty much closing time. Another customer arrived after me, and they were also welcomed in even though it was well past 6pm.
It's such a refreshing change from the poor service I've encountered at other pharmacies nearby. I would definitely recommend this place.

The current team is really helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to my medications, and they're always willing to reach out to my GP if needed.
