ACCUSED OF BUYING TOO MANY PAINKILLERS!

It seems like the staff knows more about my shopping habits than I do. The staff member rudely claimed to have served me recently and proceeded to say, and I quote: "you can't keep buying it." According to my records, the last time was on December 11, 2024, over 4 months ago. On this occasion, the painkillers were for my father, whose prescription at the pharmacy had gotten messed up, just in time for the BH weekend. While I understand that pharmacists have a duty of care, I found this line of questioning and accusations completely inappropriate. I've been shopping at this Tesco for 13 years and have never felt so uncomfortable. When I asked to file a complaint in private, I was told they were closing in 2 minutes. This left me with no choice but to speak about my experience at the counter and, yes, in front of a queue of people. I am so upset by my treatment today that I will be using another provider in the future.
