Outstanding experience with medication collection, I've never encountered any issues with Boots; it's always been the doctor's fault with missing prescriptions, etc. The staff is delightful, always ready to clarify any doubts and provide a warm welcome to everyone. They exhibit remarkable patience - once, I witnessed a staff member spending 10 minutes reading a form to an elderly gentleman with severe hearing loss who had forgotten his glasses, yet the staff remained pleasant and supportive throughout. However, the prices are considerably higher compared to other stores. It astonishes me when I witness people purchasing items there, especially when the same products are available at lower prices elsewhere.

I popped into the pharmacy today to pick up my prescription. It's not my usual spot, but I couldn't swing by on Friday due to being tied up at work. When I explained the situation today, the customer service was appalling - no empathy or understanding whatsoever. I won't be returning to this store and will be sure to warn others to steer clear. STAY AWAY.

I must say, it's quite a disappointment. I made two attempts to visit this branch today, Saturday the 25th of March, first at 9:40 am, only to find it closed. Then, on my way back from work around 1:30 pm, still closed. It's rather puzzling how this particular location can fall short in terms of staffing, operating hours, and stock availability compared to other Boots stores. Being situated on Main Street, one would expect better standards.
