I must say, I've had a much smoother experience managing my medication as a temporary patient than I have as a fully registered patient at my local practice in Wolverhampton. It's quite baffling, really! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
Harold Martinez (22/07/2025, 14:34):
There wasn't much going on with the GPs, but the nurses were kept quite busy.
Rebecca Rivera (18/07/2025, 05:46):
During peak hours, the parking lot can get quite crowded. Nevertheless, this healthcare center offers excellent services and has a well-stocked pharmacy.
Anna Gonzales (17/07/2025, 05:30):
Truly dreadful experience. The three doctors I encountered in person were absolutely terrible. This includes the doctor whose consultation room reeked of cigarettes. When attempting to voice my concerns, they dismissed me as merely 'venting'. Their lack of understanding about my condition was extremely worrying. It's essential to ensure that the doctor you're seeing is a fully qualified GP and not an inexperienced trainee. Additionally, they referred me to a specialist at Dr Grays who was equally clueless and unprofessional. In the end, I opted for private care and received the surgery I needed. It seems like this place may have had a good reputation in the past, but that's certainly not the case anymore. Moving to a different practice was the best decision I ever made.
Ralph King (15/07/2025, 06:13):
Great service and got in quickly as required.
Kevin Miller (13/07/2025, 05:53):
Dr. Green was absolutely splendid during our recent visit. He swiftly arranged for my husband to undergo emergency surgery at the hospital. We returned to have his staples removed and a friendly and efficient nurse took care of everything. Given the gravity of the situation, we were thoroughly pleased with the exceptional service provided by all the medical teams involved.
Chloe Gray (10/07/2025, 10:20):
I am disappointed that there is no option for e-consultations for individuals with agoraphobia, such as myself. I am changing my rating from 5 stars to 1 star.
Justin Graham (04/07/2025, 09:23):

The reception area was spotless and very welcoming, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Having the pharmacy attached was also a convenient addition.
Amanda Gomez (02/07/2025, 00:15):
I do hope that Dr. Green is no longer in the picture - rather unpleasant character, if you ask me.
Dennis Kim (27/06/2025, 18:02):
I received plenty of helpful tips on how to enhance my situation, Cheers!
Terry Ford (18/06/2025, 06:12):

Christopher Parker (16/06/2025, 20:50):
Top-notch service from the reception, pharmacy conveniently located nearby, attentive practice nurses, and patient doctors who truly listen to their patients. That's why I'm giving this practice a solid 5-star rating! Big thanks to all for providing such exceptional service. 😀
Amy Kim (12/06/2025, 20:53):
This doctor blog has always taken good care of me, but I still find myself a bit confused with the layout, haha.
Mark Graham (08/06/2025, 06:56):
I received a good service within a week for a non-emergency condition that was important to me, even though it was not life-threatening. I was offered an earlier consultation but couldn't make the appointment. It was clear that the doctors are very busy, as my appointment was slightly delayed because my assigned doctor was sick, and the remaining doctors were doing their best to see everyone. I must commend the doctor who treated me efficiently and empathetically.
